Wrong language displayed

Some of our messages are displaying in what appears to be Chinese when
opened in WebAccess. If the reply button is selected, the message appears
in English, as desired. The message displays in English when opened in
Groupwise.

Since this is only occurring with messages from 2 people, I'm suspecting
their system and not our system. However, I would like to rule out a
problem in our system.

Finding a blog on a similar problem in Groupwise (not WebAccess), I copied
the ofviews folder from the software distribution directory to the post
office folder. That did not correct the problem.

Any suggestions on how else to troubleshoot this on my end would be
aprpeciated.

When Webaccess is opened in Firefox, the message displays correctly.
When it is opened in Internet Explorer, the body of the message
displays in what looks like Chinese.

The header of the message indicates that it is using
charset="iso-8859-1".
