I am not sure where to go from here. Thanks for any help.
You might want to run it manually to see if you get an error in the commandline - do a "run" on c:\webacc\gwinter @webac65a.waa (that would be the
default startup file - but use whatever your WebAccess startup file is
named). And of course wherever you actually have the webaccess files
installed.
You might get more information this way as to exactly why the GWINTER won't
start as a service.
