I am not sure where to go from here. Thanks for any help.
You might want to run it manually to see if you get an error in the command
line - do a "run" on c:\webacc\gwinter @webac65a.waa (that would be the
default startup file - but use whatever your WebAccess startup file is
named). And of course wherever you actually have the webaccess files
installed.

You might get more information this way as to exactly why the GWINTER won't
start as a service.

I ran what you suggested and at the end of lines of text it said "WebAcces
server is ready for work". I saw no errors as the .exe ran. I still can't
get the webaccess service to start on the windows 2003 server. Same error.
Okay - I'll see what I can find out. In the meantime, you can use the
command line version - but of course you need to leave the server logged in
for that. It would at least having you up-and-running until someone who
knows more about Windows services than I do can figure it out :)

Will it start manually (i.e. not as a service)? Run c:/webacc/gwinter.exe
@startupfile.waa (with your startup file name)?
